ANNOUCEMENT

After 19 years behind the chair and 16 incredible years of being apart of your wedding mornings, I’ve made a hard decision to hang up my bridal styling kit.

Doing 40 weddings a year for over a decade was a dream. I am beyond grateful for every bride, every memory, every excitement I have experienced with each and everyone of you who has trusted me with their big day. However, I’ve realized how many hockey games I have missed, how difficult it has been to plan a girls trip and being fully present with my family. This was not an easy decision, it has taken me 2 years to fully commit to what my gut has been telling me. I’ll still be in the salon for all your regular hair needs and you may see me being a second stylists to some of my talented friends.

I do want to thank each and everyone of you for all the love and support you have shown me all these years. I would not be where I am today without all of you. You’ve made these last 16 years so memorable. I’ve been able to witness the most beautiful beginnings of your life as a married couple. So thank you for trusting me and making these years so beautiful.

Cheri Marie is an on location hair & makeup artistry since 2010. So, we come right to you. We are based in Rochester, NY! Our goal is to make you look & feel amazing on your special day! We beautify up to 40 brides and their bridal party members a year! With this experience we have the expertise to make your day run smooth, stress free and also give you the look you have been dreaming about since you were a little! We create a schedule and detailed invoice the week prior to your wedding day. So you and your bridal party members know just what to expect. The schedule keeps everything running smooth and on time.

I am a fully licensed and insured cosmetologist since 2008, but my love for this industry started when I was a little girl. I treat each person as a canvas, enhancing their natural beauty with every brush stroke and bobby pin. Being licensed, I am educated not only in proper technique but also proper sanitation. I continue my education to keep me up to date on the most recent trends and techniques. I am professionally trained international makeup artist and former senior educator for Mirabella Beauty. I have the skill set to give or teach you a flawless makeup application. Whether it is a wedding, prom, night on the town, or film! Updos are truly a work of art and I treat them as such. I love to develop different techniques and textures to make each person beautiful with an exclusive touch!

I love being a part of a bride’s special day. There is nothing like seeing the look on the bride’s face as she steps into the gown of her dreams after receiving services from Cheri Marie.

Being an on-site stylist takes the stress out of all your special events.  I am stationed in Rochester, NY and can accommodate the surrounding areas!
